Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Axia Signals Group LLC ("Axia", "we", "us") and govern your use of axiasignalsgroup.com, sportsignals.com and any other product we operate under the Axia name (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Services are information only

Axia provides sports data, statistical models, predictions and analysis for information purposes only. We are not a licensed bookmaker, do not accept wagers, do not hold customer funds and do not settle bets. Any transaction you choose to enter into with a third party operator is a matter between you and that operator. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment or gambling advice.

Predictions and model outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, mirror or republish the Services or any substantial part of them.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of the Axia Model.
• Use the Services to break any law, infringe any right, or harass any person.
• Probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Services or their security.
• Use any automated means to access the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Axia Model, source code, content, design and trade marks, are owned by Axia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Third party services

The Services may link to or display third party content, including odds and information from regulated operators. We do not control third party services and are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices.

7. Responsible gambling

Where you choose to gamble with a third party operator, please gamble responsibly. Set limits, never chase losses, and stop when it is no longer fun. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any predictions or model outputs will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Axia, its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Axia from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have breached these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Axia agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for the resolution of any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
